ESM400 is an autocatalytic silver plating process developed for plating directly on silicon.

MEMS applications and other silicon based substrates are the optimal applications for ESM400. ESM400 is a very cost efficient alternative to PVD technologies. In addition, hollow components can be plated because the technology is not "line of sight" as PVD is.
