C3 is a patented production process for microwave components. C3 has the potential to create a small revolution within the telecom industry since C3 enables a cost cut with around 50% for production of filter housings for base stations in mobile telecom networks.
Polymer Kompositer owns a complete line for prototyping or small scale production with C3. For massproduction, Polymer Kompositer sells the production rights for C3 via license agreements.

The C3 process consists of the following main steps:
- Casting of a fusible core.
- A high performing polymer is moulded around the fusible core.
- The component is placed in a hot melt out bath. The core melts and leaves a hollow component.
- Chemical copper-plating of the component
- Autocatalytic silver-plating of the component with ESM200 for excellent electrical properties
